dc.description.abstractУ статті розкрито значення стратегічного менеджменту для забезпечення успішної діяльності промислових підприємств. Описано сутність стратегічного менеджменту та підкреслено, що за допомогою стратегічного планування компанії можуть оптимізувати свої ресурси, передбачати можливі ризики та визначати нові можливості, що дозволяє забезпечити стабільний та сталий розвиток навіть у складних та непередбачуваних умовах. Позначено мету стратегічного менеджменту, яка полягає у досягненні довгострокового успіху та забезпеченні конкурентних переваг організації через розробку та впровадження ефективних стратегій, спрямованих на досягнення стратегічних цілей компанії. Представлено основні функціональні елементи стратегічного менеджменту, що мають велике значення для діяльності промислових підприємств. Підкреслено важливість стратегічного менеджменту для підвищення ефективності роботи компанії. Проаналізовано внутрішні та зовнішні фактори, які впливають на стратегічний менеджмент сучасних промислових підприємств. Надано характеристику стану розвитку промисловості за останні три роки та показано, що фінансові показники діяльності промислових підприємств почали поступово покращуватися у 2023 році. Зроблено наголос на тому, що за умов політичної стабільності та активізації інвестицій в країні, промислові підприємства мають можливість реалізувати свій, ще не втрачений потенціал, та забезпечити стале зростання. Розглянуто прогресивний інструментарій сучасного стратегічного менеджменту промислових підприємств та встановлено, що цифрові інструменти стратегічного менеджменту відіграють сьогодні найважливішу роль в забезпеченні підприємством довгострокових конкурентних переваг. Розглянуто ключові аспекти ролі стратегічного менеджменту в діяльності сучасного промислового підприємства, серед яких відзначено визначення стратегічних цілей і місії; аналіз ринкових умов; розробку і реалізацію стратегій; управління ризиками; ресурсне планування; контроль та оцінку; інновації та розвиток; залучення та розвиток талантів; комунікацію стратегії та адаптацію до змін. Зроблено висновок, що стратегічний менеджмент є ключовим елементом ефективного управління підприємством, оскільки він визначає напрямок розвитку організації, допомагає адаптуватися до змінюваних умов ринку і досягати довгострокових цілей. In the article it is revealed the importance of strategic management for ensuring the successful operation of industrial enterprises. The essence of strategic management is described and it is emphasized that with the help of strategic planning, companies can optimize their resources, predict possible risks and identify new opportunities, that allows to ensure stable and sustainable development even in difficult and unpredictable conditions. The purpose of strategic management is indicated, which consists in achieving long-term success and ensuring the organization's competitive advantages through the development and implementation of effective strategies aimed at achieving the company's strategic purposes. The main functional elements of strategic management, which are great importance for the activities of industrial enterprises, are presented. The importance of strategic management for increasing the efficiency of the company's work is emphasized. The internal and external factors that influence the strategic management of modern industrial enterprises are analyzed. The description of conditions of industry development over the last three years is given and it is shown that the financial indicators of industrial enterprises began to gradually improve in 2023. Emphasis is placed on the fact that under the conditions of political stability and intensification of investments in the country, industrial enterprises have the opportunity to realize their still-unlost potential and ensure sustainable growth. The progressive toolkit of modern strategic management of industrial enterprises is considered and it is established that digital tools of strategic management today play the most important role in providing the enterprise with long-term competitive advantages. The key aspects of the role of strategic management in the activity of the modern industrial enterprise is considered, among which the definition of strategic purposes and missions is noted, and also, the analysis of market conditions; development and implementation of strategies; risk management; resource planning; control and evaluation; innovation and development; attraction and development of talents; strategy communication and adaptation to changes. It was concluded that strategic management is a key element of effective enterprise management, as it determines the direction of the organization's development, helps to adapt to changing market conditions and achieve long-term purposes.
