СУЧАСНІ ПІДХОДИ ДО ЦИФРОВОЇ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЇ БІЗНЕСУ В УКРАЇНІ ТА СВІТІ

Abstract
Попри просте розуміння цифрової трансформації, загальний зміст процесів, що її супроводжують, є досить складним, оскільки грунтується на значному різноманітність стратегій, ініціатив і напрямків впровадження інформаційних технологій у діяльність Як у глобальному, так і в національному масштабі формуються не лише вкрай різноманітні елементи цифрової трансформації бізнесу, але й специфічні підходи до неї, які визначаються формами змін та методами впровадження. У межах дослідження приділяється увага факту, що саме коректність та комплексність підходів до цифрової трансформації бізнесу визначають її успішність та результативність. Отже, дослідження спрямоване на вивчення основних елементів та особливостей, які визначають коректність та комплексність сучасних підходів до цифрової трансформації бізнесу. За результатами дослідження було підтверджено, що цифрова трансформація не може обмежуватися лише впровадженням окремих технологічних рішень або автоматизацією окремих процесів. Суб'єкти бізнесу повинні розглядати зміни в контексті всієї діяльності та орієнтуватися на такий формат підходів до цифрової трансформації бізнесу, що забезпечує: гнучкість схеми змін; аналітику та обробку даних в режимі реального часу; цінність від використання технологій; agilePпідхід до керування змінами; зрілу інфраструктуру технічних та технологічних засобів та систем. Доведено, що формат підходу до цифрової трансформації бізнесу набуває ознак коректності лише у випадку правильного та обгрунтованого вибору його основних елементів. Важливо відзначити, що деталізоване визначення основних елементів, що забезпечують коректність підходів цифрової трансформації бізнесу на практиці не можливе. Для ідентифікації таких елементів слід дотримуватися більш узагальненого підходу, що грунтується на використанні їх загальних груп, таких як: цифрова стратегія; цифрові технології та інструменти; технологічні та інноваційні можливості; збір, збереження та аналіз даних; постійне вдосконалення окремих операцій. Despite a basic understanding of digital transformation, the overall context of the processes that accompany it is quite complex, as it is based on a significant variety of strategies, initiatives, and directions for implementing information technologies into activities. Both in a global and a national context, not only a wide variety of elements of digital business transformation are being formed, but also quite specific approaches to it, which are delineated by the format of changes and the methods of change. Within the research, attention is drawn to the fact that it is the correctness and comprehensiveness of approaches to digital business transformation that determine the success and effectiveness of this process. Therefore, the research is aimed at studying the key elements and characteristics that define the correctness and comprehensiveness of modern approaches to digital business transformation. The research results have shown that digital transformation cannot be limited to the mere implementation of individual technological solutions or the automation of specific processes. Business entities should consider transformation in the context of their entire operations and align with an approach to digital business transformation that ensures: flexible change management; realPtime data analytics and processing; value from technology utilization; agile change management; and a mature infrastructure of technical and technological tools and systems, including network, cloud, server, and more. It has been proven that the format of the approach to digital business transformation only acquires correctness when the key elements are selected correctly and justified. It should be noted that detailed definition of the key elements that ensure the correctness of approaches to digital business transformation in practice is not possible. To identify the elements, a more generalized approach based on the use of their common groups should be followed. Among the groups of elements in the approach to digital business transformation, we have identified: digital strategy; digital technologies and tools; technological and innovative opportunities; data collection, storage, and analysis; continuous improvement of individual operations.
