    РОЛЬ АДМІНІСТРАТИВНОГО МЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ В ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ПРОМИСЛОВОГО ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

    В статті показана роль адміністративного менеджменту в діяльності промислового підприємства. Викладено сутність адміністративного менеджменту. Сформульовано мету адміністративного менеджменту, якою є забезпечення ефективного функціонування організації через оптимальне використання ресурсів, раціональне розподілення завдань та контроль за їх виконанням. Розглянуто функції адміністративного менеджменту промислової компанії, серед яких розглянуто планування, організацію, мотивацію, координацію, контроль. Уточнено значення адміністративного менеджменту для ефективного функціонування компанії. Висвітлено детально внутрішні та зовнішні фактори адміністративного менеджменту, що впливають на сучасне промислове підприємство. Охарактеризовано стан розвитку промисловості за три останніх роки. Зроблено висновок, що фінансові показники діяльності промислових підприємств почали потрохи покращуватися в 2023 році. Підприємства зберігають потенціал для зростання, якщо буде мати місце в країні політична стабільність та інвестиційна активність. Розглянуто прогресивний інструментарій сучасного адміністративного менеджменту промислових підприємств. З метою висвітлення способів та засобів показано особливості інформаційних систем управління, аналітики великих даних (BigData), гнучких методологій управління проєктами, автоматизації та роботизації, інструментів управління якістю, управління знаннями, сталого розвитку та екологічних практик. Охарактеризовано роль адміністративного менеджменту в діяльності промислового підприємства. Серед ключових аспектів ролі адміністративного менеджменту в діяльності сучасного промислового підприємства відзначено організацію та координацію, управління людськими ресурсами, контроль та оцінку, розробку та реалізацію. The article demonstrates the role of administrative management in the activities of an industrial enterprise. The essence of administrative management is outlined. The purpose of administrative management is formulated as ensuring the effective functioning of the organization through optimal resource use, rational task distribution, and control over their execution. The functions of administrative management of the industrial company are examined, including planning, organization, motivation, coordination, and control. The significance of administrative management for the effective functioning of the company is clarified. The internal and external factors of administrative management affecting modern industrial enterprises are detailed. The conditions of development of industry for the last three years are characterized. It is concluded that the financial performance of industrial enterprises began to improve gradually in 2023. Companies retain growth potential if political stability and investment activity are present in the country. Progressive tools of modern administrative management for industrial enterprises are examined. To highlight ways and means, the article presents the features of management information systems, Big Data analytics, agile project management methodologies, automation and robotics, quality management tools, knowledge management, sustainable development, and environmental practices. The role of administrative management in the activities of the industrial enterprise is characterized. Organization and coordination, human resources management, control and evaluation, development and implementation of policies and procedures, response to changes, ensuring communication, innovation and improvement are noted among the key aspects of the role of administrative management in the activities of the modern industrial enterprise. It is concluded that administrative management is the foundation for the stable and effective operation of the industrial enterprise, providing its organizational structure, resource management, and response to external and internal challenges.
