    ДОЦІЛЬНІСТЬ ТА РИЗИКИ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ СІЛЬСЬКОГОСПОДАРСЬКИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ НА ЗАСАДАХ ЦИРКУЛЯРНОЇ ЕКОНОМІКИ

    Циркулярна економіка є важливим трендом розвитку сільського господарства й одночасно її викликом. Циркулярний підхід дозволяє знайти ефективні способи зниження витрат, виходу на нові ринки, зокрема закордонні, а також посилити соціальну відповідальність свого бізнесу та споживачів продукції. Метою дослідження є визначення доцільності та ризиків організації діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств на засадах циркулярної економіки в сучасних умовах. Проаналізована ситуація, що склалася в Україні з обробкою посівних площ сільськогосподарських культур під урожай добривами та пестицидами. Основні складності пов’язані з недостатнім використанням органічних добрив, хоча вже склалися позитивні зрушення в цьому питанні. Обґрунтовано основні переваги циркулярного агробізнесу, а також перелік ризиків, які створюють бар’єри для впровадження циркулярної економіки в діяльність сільськогосподарських підприємств. The circular economy is an important trend in the development of agriculture and as well as its challenge. The circular approach allows to find effective ways to reduce costs, enter new markets, in particular foreign ones, as well as strengthen the social responsibility of business and product consumers. The purpose of the study is to determine the expediency and risks of organizing the activities of agricultural enterprises based on the circular economy in modern conditions. The strategic importance of agriculture in Ukraine, which provides more than 40% of export revenue, is emphasized. The situation in Ukraine with the treatment of agricultural crops for harvest with fertilizers and pesticides is analyzed. The main difficulties are related to the insufficient use of organic fertilizers, although there have already been positive developments. The main advantages of circular agribusiness, which are related to: 1) minimization of waste in the process of production and consumption of products and services, which will reduce their negative impact on the environment; 2) the high potential of scaling circular economy methods, which contributes to the growing involvement of investment capital in the field of agriculture. Specific features of risks that create barriers to the implementation of circular economy in the activities of agricultural enterprises in modern conditions, are determined. Therefore, they are grouped as follows: 1) financial (long-term investment costs for circular models and technologies; the principle of "green finance"); 2) marketing (planned moral aging as an effective option for ensuring sales volumes in the future); 3) organizational (difficult process of restructuring the current business model into an economical and circular one; weak awareness of the sustainable development concept and its connection with circular effects). Attention is focused on the fact that when planning the transition to circular business models, the strategic task of increasing the share of added value of agricultural products should be followed.

    Сучасні умови невизначеності та глобальні виклики вимагають від керівників та представників бізнесу швидких змін та використання новітніх технологій для формування конкурентних переваг, які найчастіше неможливі без врахування якості та навичок персоналу. Метою дослідження є визначення особливостей розвитку емоційного інтелекту в сучасних умовах та його впливу на успішність підприємницької діяльності. Виявлено, що очолюють перелік причин звільнень незадоволення різних потреб співробітників (частіше матеріальних) та відсутність турботи про команду. Проведено порівняльний аналіз переліку ключових навиків менеджерів, необхідних для досягнення успіху за даними Всесвітнього економічного форуму, результати якого можуть давати основу для кар’єрного розвитку працюючої людини, первинного вибору напряму професійного навчання, планування розвитку персоналу чи навіть вибору (зміни) виду діяльності у підприємницькій сфері в цілому. Modern conditions of uncertainty and global challenges require managers and business representatives to make rapid changes and use the latest technologies to form competitive advantages, which are often impossible without taking into account the quality and skills of personnel. The purpose of the study is to determine the features of the development of emotional intelligence in modern conditions and its impact on the success of entrepreneurial activities. Emotional intelligence has recently become an increasingly important factor in the success of entrepreneurial activity. For its effective use, you need to develop social skills that should be available to managers, employees, and team members. On the basis of the conducted research, it can be concluded that difficult times and global challenges comprehensively affected the actualization of the emotional side of management. Ensuring employee satisfaction with their work becomes a significant problem in business. It was found that failure to meet various needs of employees (most often material) and lack of care for the team lead the list of reasons for dismissals. Therefore, the moral and emotional side of conducting business is a key factor in the success of entrepreneurial activity, which has its own characteristics in the period of formation of new values and opportunities of digital technologies. It has been proven that in Ukraine there is a wide selection of tools for the development of emotional intelligence, which differ in the form of organization of training, the number of participants and possible results. Most of the tools are based on the approach and principles of coaching, which will allow you to use its advantages and contribute to the improvement of the work of employees. A comparative analysis of the list of key skills of managers necessary to achieve success according to the data of the World Economic Forum was carried out. Its results can provide a basis for the career development of a working person, the initial choice of the direction of professional training, personnel development planning, or even the choice (change) of the type of activity in the business sphere as a whole.
